We take pride in finding, roasting, and delivering the best specialty coffees out there. Your happiness with your order is super important to us! Since coffee is a consumable product, we can only replace or refund it if it’s faulty or damaged.
If you need to return something because it’s faulty, just make sure to do it within a reasonable time. According to the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), you’ll get a refund. And if you decide to cancel your order, we’ll process your refund within 30 days.
