We'll send over clear video guides covering machine setup, espresso extraction, and milk steaming, then arrange a video call to walk through everything with your team.It's the same practical approach, just delivered remotely. You can pause, rewatch, and have us on screen while you practice. Ideal for quick refreshers, new starters, or when you just need to get something sorted without waiting for a visit.
