Single origin coffees from one country or region, so the cup is the character of that specific coffee rather than a blend. Each one tastes different.
Colombia is the sweet, rich all-rounder. Kenya AA is bright and lively with proper acidity. Kenya Peaberry is sharper still. Brazil Mogiana is mellow and chocolatey. Costa Rica is light and citrusy. Java leans nutty and dark.
