Are all espresso machines the same?

Actually, each espresso machine comes with its own unique technical specifications, including boiler size, brewing technologies, pressure systems, and temperature controls, among others.

What ratio of coffee to water should I use for filter coffee?

A good starting point is 60g of coffee per litre of water. Adjust to taste — if it's too strong, use a bit less; too weak, add a bit more. For filter coffee, you want a medium grind, roughly the texture of coarse sand.

How do you clean an espresso machine?

Purge and wipe the group heads and steam wands after each use. Run a backflush with water at the end of each day, and use cleaning detergent for a chemical backflush once a week. Descale as needed depending on your water hardness. If you're unsure, give us a call — we can talk you through it or arrange a service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days. We'll send you a tracking link once your order has shipped. If you need something sooner, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
