Description

Brazil Mogiana is from the Mogiana growing region on the border between Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais. A medium roast, mild strength, the kind of cup you can drink all day without thinking about it.

Soft body, easy character, gentle chocolate and nut notes. No sharp acidity, nothing intense. One of the coffees most of our cafe customers carry alongside their main blend for any customer who wants something quieter.

Works as espresso, in a cafetiere, with milk, on its own.

Whole bean or ground. 250g or 1kg, with free UK delivery.

Nutty, chocolate, and caramel notes

Smooth, Balanced Flavour

This coffee offers a smooth and easy-drinking profile with gentle nutty, chocolate, and caramel flavours. Subtle fruity hints add a touch of brightness without overpowering, making it a reliable crowd-pleaser for any time of day.

Smooth, Balanced Flavour

Versatile for espresso or filter

Brew with Confidence

Brazil Mogiana works well across brewing methods, from espresso machines to filter coffee. For espresso, aim for a medium grind to highlight its smooth, balanced character. If using a filter, a slightly coarser grind brings out the gentle nutty and caramel notes without bitterness.

Our Story

Great Coffee Since 1978

Hawkins Coffee was established in 1978 by Richard Hawkins who started roasting coffee in Kingsbridge in the South of Devon. He was driven by a determination to get the best taste out of the best coffee beans. We took over the business in April 2001 and with the same determination and obsession with quality which has enabled us to grow the business from 5 tonnes to 45 tonnes of roasted coffee per year by the end of 2007.
