Description

After Dinner Blend is what the name suggests. A coffee for after a meal. Beans from Colombian Huila and Kenya Murang'a, medium roast, balanced strength.

The cup is full-bodied without being heavy. Chocolate notes, a bit of butterscotch, a quiet smoky finish. Sweet enough to drink black, soft enough to work with milk. Goes well alongside something sweet at the end of a meal, or on its own with a biscuit.

Strength sits in the middle of our range.

Whole bean or ground to your brewer. 250g or 1kg, with free UK delivery.

A Smooth, Satisfying Finish

This blend offers a full-bodied cup with clear chocolate and butterscotch flavours, balanced by a subtle sweet acidity and a hint of smokiness. It’s designed to be satisfying without heaviness, making it ideal for a relaxed moment after dinner or paired with dessert.

A Smooth, Satisfying Finish

Smooth finish, every time

Perfect Your After Dinner Pour

This blend shines as both a filter and espresso. For filter, use a medium grind and a steady pour to highlight its smooth chocolate and butterscotch notes. If you prefer espresso, a fine grind with a slightly longer extraction brings out its subtle smokiness and balanced acidity.

Our Story

Great Coffee Since 1978

Hawkins Coffee was established in 1978 by Richard Hawkins who started roasting coffee in Kingsbridge in the South of Devon. He was driven by a determination to get the best taste out of the best coffee beans. We took over the business in April 2001 and with the same determination and obsession with quality which has enabled us to grow the business from 5 tonnes to 45 tonnes of roasted coffee per year by the end of 2007.
