Milan is the coffee most of our café customers build their menu around, and the one home customers keep reordering. A 100% Arabica blend from Brazil, Kenya, Colombia, Ethiopia and India: smooth, sweet, a clean finish, a bit of chocolate and nuttiness, nothing harsh or bitter. As an espresso it is balanced and easy drinking; in a flat white or latte it comes through clearly without overpowering the milk.
Brew notesFine grind, 25 to 30 seconds for espresso. A medium grind for filter brings out the smooth texture and the smoky notes.

Single origin from the Huila region. Medium roast, medium strength. Plenty of caramel and dark chocolate up front, a soft orange note behind, a clean finish. It works as espresso, holds up in milk, and tastes good in a cafetière. If you want a single origin without anything too sharp or too bright, this is the one.
Brew notesFine grind, 25 to 30 seconds for espresso brings out the caramel and dark chocolate. A medium grind pour-over highlights the orange and red apple.

Can I mix grinds, one bag beans and one ground?
Not on this page: both bags come in the grind you pick. Add a note at checkout and we will do our best.
Which grind do I need?
Whole Bean if you have a grinder, and the best choice for an espresso machine. Ground for a cafetière, filter machine, Aeropress or pour-over. Both bags come in the grind you pick.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, on the Duo. Standard DPD delivery is normally £4.50 on orders under £50.
How fresh is it?
We roast to order and grind to your brewer, so the bags are sealed shortly before they are sent rather than sitting in a warehouse.
How long does it keep?
Keep the bag sealed and away from light and heat. Once you open it, use it within two to three weeks.
