We are a UK coffee roaster of 25 years, based in Exton near Exeter. We sell freshly roasted coffee beans direct from our Devon roastery, in 250g and 1kg bags, with free UK delivery. Whole bean or ground to your brewer. The full range covers eight blends and seven single origins, all Grade 1 Arabica.

What "freshly roasted" actually means

The freshly roasted coffee beans you buy from us have been roasted to order in our Devon roastery and packed the same day. If you order ground, we grind to your brewer before the coffee leaves us. That is the bit supermarket coffee skips. By the time most supermarket coffee reaches the shelf, it has already been sitting for weeks. Ours has not.

Coffee starts losing flavour the moment it is roasted. The fresher it is when it lands in your machine, the better it tastes. Order today, drink it tomorrow. Simple as that.

Eight blends and seven single origins. Milan is our flagship, the one most cafes build their menu around. Cafe Selva is Fairtrade and Organic. For decaf, our Colombian Decaf is a single origin Swiss water method decaf that actually tastes like coffee. For a darker roast, try Flying Scotsman or Continental Blend. For something lighter, Breakfast Blend or Costa Rica.

Every bag is freshly roasted. None of it has been sitting in a warehouse. All of it is from a real working UK roastery in Devon.

Where can I buy freshly roasted coffee beans in the UK?
Direct from us. We are a UK coffee roaster of 25 years, based in Devon, and we sell freshly roasted coffee beans online with free UK delivery on every order. Roasted to order, dispatched the same day.

How long do freshly roasted coffee beans last?
Best within four to six weeks of roast. Coffee does not "go off" the way milk does, but the flavour fades. Our roast date is on every bag so you always know what you are drinking. Most of our customers finish a 250g bag well inside that window.

How should I store freshly roasted coffee beans?
Airtight, cool, dark. Out of direct sun and away from the kettle. Do not refrigerate or freeze the bag you are working through. The original bag with the one-way valve is fine until opened, then transfer to an airtight tin if you want to be thorough.

When should I use freshly roasted coffee beans?
Espresso likes a few days to settle after roast (so the CO2 stops fighting your puck). Filter and cafetière are great from day two onwards. We time dispatch so the beans arrive in their sweet spot for the brew method you order.

Are these the best freshly roasted coffee beans in the UK?
